01.01.18 – 11.03.18 inc.	£100 per night
12.03.18 – 16.03.18 inc.	£125 per night
17.03.18 – 23.12.18 inc.	£100 per night
24.12.18 – 31.12.18 inc.	£125 per night

All bookings are for 3 night minimum
Deposit of 25% of total booking fee must be paid at the time of booking.
Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay, later than that we will try to re-let the dates, in which case a full refund is given, but if we are unable to then the deposit is forfeited.

All rates are per night fully inclusive, for two persons, and based on a minimum of three nights.

Check–in time is any time after 3.00pm - 9.00pm and check–out time is any time before 11.00am
